The situation
Site documentation sits in paper and binders, stock lives in spreadsheets or gets passed on by word of mouth, and responsibilities are agreed verbally. Every additional job site makes it harder to keep track.
Typical sign: the photo of the defect is missing at the inspection, a report has to be typed up at the desk in the evening, and nobody in the office knows exactly how far the third site has got.
Our solution
The app is KULIMO’s own product – built in-house, not a client project. It brings site documentation, stock and inventory, reports and responsibilities together in one interface: on site, and in the office via the multi-project dashboard. As a PWA it also works where there is no signal; entries are saved locally and sync automatically.
Report templates, roles and project structure are defined together with you – for inspections, defects, the site diary and more, matching your own forms. If you need a solution beyond that, we build it as custom software; code, data and documentation then belong to you.
