Website concept for a
marketing agency

A design by Kulimo for an agency that produces photos, videos and social media content: projects can be filtered by industry, and an enquiry funnel asks step by step for the industry and the preferred contact channel before it starts the conversation.

Starting point

Every industry needs
different images.

A café needs different content than a car dealership or a beauty salon. Yet agency websites often show a single gallery in which every visitor has to search for something that fits.

The design therefore organises everything by industry: projects can be filtered by hospitality, health and beauty, automotive, events, real estate or artistic projects. An enquiry funnel first asks for the industry, then for the preferred contact channel. In the concept, prospects then receive a marketing concept matched to their industry.

  • Projects by industry

A filter shows only work from one’s own industry.

  • A step-by-step funnel

First the industry, then the contact channel.

  • Contact as preferred

Phone, WhatsApp, email or a personal meeting.

  • FAQ

Questions on costs and support as an accordion.

Fine-tuning

Details that carry
the design.

The character of the page comes from a few elements that are repeated consistently.

  • Video hero

“Unsere Vision” sits over an aerial shot of three vehicles.

  • Violet gradient

Headlines and buttons carry a gradient from violet to pink.

  • Service pages

“Unsere Expertise” presents email marketing and social media separately.

  • Industry chips

Round filter chips make the gallery searchable.

  • Informal tone

The funnel addresses visitors directly and personally.

  • Script logo

A script logo sits in the centre of the header.

Process

From idea to
finished design.

In four steps, with one clear question per phase.

  1. Phase 01

    UI/UX strategy

The starting point was how visitors from many industries quickly find matching work.

  2. Phase 02

    Information architecture

Projects by industry, services as pages of their own and a funnel instead of a form.

  3. Phase 03

    Interface design

A dark interface, violet gradient and large project images.

  4. Phase 04

    Funnel & FAQ

Two steps for industry and contact channel, plus FAQ and a clear closing.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website for a marketing agency cost?

The investment depends on the scope: number of industries, enquiry funnel and photo and video material. Kulimo develops custom concepts and gives you a clear budget range in the intro call.

What is an enquiry funnel on a website?

A sequence of short steps instead of one long form. In the design visitors first choose their industry and then the preferred contact channel.

Why sort projects by industry?

Because prospects first want to see work from their own industry. In the design round chips filter the gallery with one click.

What is a concept project at Kulimo?

A design without a client commission that shows what a website for an industry can look like. For your business we develop the concept based on your services, images and goals.
