Case studyCafé & breakfastDie Stulle, Berlin
A café you can
taste online.
For Die Stulle at Savignyplatz, Kulimo designed a website that convinces with plates rather than words: large photos of Stullen, bowls and cakes, menus as tabs instead of a PDF, and a reservation button that stays visible on every page – plus clear paths to catering, vouchers and the event location.

Starting point
Guests order
with their eyes.
Die Stulle is a “Lecker Essen Manufaktur” in Berlin-Charlottenburg: breakfast and lunch with creatively topped Stullen, bowls and homemade baking from seasonal, regional ingredients. Guests’ questions are simple – what is there, what does it cost, when is it open – and a hospitality template with a PDF menu answers them poorly.
The website focuses every page on three actions: view the menu, book a table, request catering. Breakfast menu, breakfast extras, weekly menu and drinks sit as tabs on one page, with vegan and gluten-free labels. Address, phone and opening hours appear on every page.
Plates, not words

Menus as tabs
Four menus on one page, with vegan and gluten-free labels.
Reservation visible
The reservation button stays in view on every page.
Info on every page
Address, phone and opening hours in the header.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does a website for a café cost?
The investment depends on the scope: number of menus, reservation and sections such as catering, vouchers and events. Kulimo develops custom concepts and gives you a clear budget range in the intro call.
Can the café team update the menu itself?
Yes. At Die Stulle the team maintains menus, the weekly menu, prices and labels such as vegan or gluten-free itself in WordPress, without an agency.
Can reservation, catering and event hire live on one website?
Yes. At Die Stulle table reservation, catering and delivery requests, voucher orders and hire of the event location for up to 100 guests are each a clearly linked path of their own.
