Starting point

Group travel or
private ride.

A transport company with coaches and saloons speaks to two very different customers: organisers of group trips and guests who travel discreetly on their own. Both want to know which vehicles there are, who drives and how fast a quote arrives.

The design brings both onto one calm page: round image crops show coach and saloon, a serif headline names both offers, and a short text talks about the fleet and multilingual chauffeurs. In the concept a fleet overview, Q&A and a structured quote request follow.

  • Two offers, one page

The headline names group travel and private rides in one sentence.

  • The fleet in the picture

Round photos show coach and saloons instead of stock images.

  • Answer questions up front

In the concept a Q&A section covers waiting times, luggage, special requests and cancellation.

  • An enquiry with key data

The quote request asks for date, number of passengers and route.

The solution

One design,
three jobs.

Each layer answers a question that comes before a booking.

  • Connect the offers

Group travel and private rides stand side by side on one page.

    Effect

    Every customer feels addressed

  • Show reliability

Fleet, chauffeurs with German and English, and a Q&A section build trust.

    Effect

    Answers before the enquiry

  • Request a quote

Date, number of passengers and route are asked for in one step.

    Effect

    All details in one enquiry

How does your website show both offers at a glance? We will show you in 15 minutes.

Fine-tuning

Details that carry
the design.

The character of the page comes from a few elements that are repeated consistently.

  • Round image crops

Photos of coach and saloons sit in circles instead of rectangles.

  • Gold circle lines

Fine gold lines lead the eye from one image to the next.

  • Classic serifs

The headline is centred in a classic serif.

  • Plenty of white

A white background lets photos and type breathe.

  • Short fleet text

One paragraph describes fleet and chauffeurs in a few sentences.

  • Alternating sides

Image and text alternate from left to right and keep the page moving.

Process

From idea to
finished design.

In four steps, with one clear question per phase.

  1. Phase 01

    UI/UX strategy

The starting point was the two customer groups: organisers of group trips and individual travellers.

  2. Phase 02

    Image idea

Coach and saloons in round crops, connected by gold lines.

  3. Phase 03

    Interface design

A white background, classic serifs and a calm alternation of image and text.

  4. Phase 04

    Enquiry and questions

Fleet overview, Q&A and quote request as fixed parts of the structure.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website for a transfer or coach service cost?

The investment depends on the scope: number of pages, fleet, languages and quote request. Kulimo develops custom concepts and gives you a clear budget range in the intro call.

How do you address groups and individual travellers at once?

By making both offers equally visible. The design names group travel and private rides in one headline and shows coach and saloon side by side.

What should a quote request ask for?

Date, number of passengers and route, plus contact details and special requests. In the concept these details are captured in one step.
